  • A £50 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

5. Do you offer a warranty?

  • Yes, all our sofas come with a 3-year free warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

6. Can I exchange my sofa?

  • Exchanges are available only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item.

8. What if my package arrives damaged?
